Women of Tech Alumna Networking Event Held in New York City

Some 30 Georgia Tech alumni, women who graduated from the 1980s to 2016, gathered to network, ask questions, and share practical business advice during the second annual Women of Tech event held April 28 in New York City. From the Ivan Allen College, Director of Development Keatley Scroggins welcomed attendees, and School of Economics Chair Laura Taylor spoke about the importance of public education, the challenges women face in the workplace, and the opportunities for female alumni to mentor women currently attending Georgia Tech.
