Colonel Sheri AndinoColonel Sheri W. Andino is commander and Aerospace Studies Department Head of Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Detachment 165, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia. Detachment 165 also includes Agnes Scott, Clark Atlanta, Clayton State, Emory, Georgia State, Kennesaw State, Mercer, Morehouse, Oglethorpe, Southern Polytechnic, Spelman, and West Georgia Colleges and Universities. Air Force ROTC Det 165 is responsible for training and mentoring top officer candidates, preparing them to become commissioned officers and leaders in the United States Air Force.

Colonel Andino entered the Air Force in 1980 and earned her commission through the Air Force ROTC program at the University of Florida. She attended Undergraduate Navigator Training at Mather Air Force Base, California, receiving her navigator wings in July 1981.

Colonel Andino was a distinguished graduate of the KC-135 Combat Crew Training School at Castle Air Force Base, California, in December 1981. She has over 13 years of flying experience as a KC-135 instructor and evaluator navigator, having held numerous wing positions including Chief of Scheduling, Flight Commander, Chief of Safety, and Operations Officer. In July 1998, Colonel Andino was selected as Commander of the 424th Air Base Squadron, comprised of RAF Fairford and RAF Welford in the United Kingdom.

Colonel Andino's staff assignments include Chief, Rated Requirements Branch and Executive Protocol Officer, Strategic Air Command, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. She also served as the Command Secretariat, U.S. Strategic Command, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. Following Air War College, Colonel Andino was the Director of Safety, Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. In January 2003, Colonel Andino was selected as Chief, Joint Requirements Oversight Council Issues and Actions Division, Directorate of Operational Plans and Joint Matters, Deputy Chief of Staff, Air and Space Operations, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, the Pentagon, Washington, D.C.

Prior to her current position, Colonel Andino was the Commander of the 11th Mission Support Group, Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, District of Columbia. There she was responsible for personnel support of all military and civilian members assigned to the Pentagon and the National Capital Region.


Captain Robert Wayne RadloffCaptain Radloff was raised in Lake George, NY, and attended Jacksonville University in Florida, earning his Bachelor's degree and commission via the NROTC Program in 1979. He received his designation as a Naval Flight Officer (NFO) in 1980 and reported to VQ-2 in Rota, Spain, for his first assignment in 1981. He flew as Mission Commander and NATOPS Instructor in the EA-3B Skywarrior reconnaissance aircraft and deployed in the USS FORRESTAL (CV-59), USS EISENHOWER (CVN-69), and USS NIMITZ (CVN-68) Battle Groups. After a brief shore tour in San Diego with Deputy Commander, Fleet Electronic Warfare Support Group as the Assistant Operations Officer, he was ordered to Commander, Carrier Group Two in 1986 as the Staff Electronic Warfare Officer and qualified as a Staff Tactical Action Officer deploying in the USS CORAL SEA (CV-43) Battle Group. From there he attended the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, and received his Master's degree in Financial Management in 1990. Upon graduation, he reported to VQ-1 at NAS Agana, Guam, where he flew as an EP-3E Aries II Mission Commander and was the Squadron's Safety and then Operations Officer. In 1993, he reported to the Director of Space and Electronic Warfare on the Chief of Naval Operations Staff, where he was a Requirements Officer in the Command and Control Warfare Division.

Captain Radloff was then assigned to VQ-5 as the Executive Officer in June 1994 and Commanding Officer in 1995, where he flew the ES-3A Shadow. During his command tour, the Squadron won the CINCPACFLT Arleigh Burke Fleet Trophy for most improved combat readiness of all Pacific Fleet commands. The Squadron also was recognized as the Navy's winner of the Association of Old Crows Excellence in Electronic Warfare award and received a Secretary of the Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation. After command, he reported to the Defense Airborne Reconnaissance Office on the staff of the Secretary of Defense. He served as Assistant Head of the Manned Reconnaissance Division and later as Chief of Staff. In 1998, Captain Radloff attended the Industrial College of the Armed Forces at Ft. McNair and upon graduation reported to the Joint Staff. There he served as the Executive Officer of the Operational Plans and Joint Force Development (J-7) and as Executive Assistant to the J-7 Director. Captain Radloff reported to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in January 2002 as Comptroller during major CVN work, SSN ERO & DMP efforts as well as the SSGN conversion. Captain Radloff commanded of U.S. Naval Air Facility Misawa, Japan, from June 2003 to June 2006. He reported to NROTC Georgia Tech in August 2006.

Captain Radloff is a proven Subspecialist in Electronic Warfare and Financial Management, as well as a Joint Subspecialist. His decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Medal (four awards), the Joint Service Commendation Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three awards), the Joint Service Achievement Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal as well as various unit commendations and awards.

Captain Radloff is married to the former Debra Hansen of Clinton, Iowa. They have two children, Andrew (a sophomore at the University of Washington) and Diane (a high school junior).
