IAC Professors Remember Tyler Brown who Died
Fighting in Iraq
When U. S. Army 1 st Lt. Tyler Hall Brown, class of 2001 (commissioned
from ROTC at Georgia Tech; student government president; and Management
and History, Technology and Society major), was killed in combat
in Iraq on September 14, the Tech community gathered at his funeral
service to pay homage to a fallen hero. His professors remember
their many encounters and exchanges with him with sadness, nostalgia,
and pride.
